Punahou alumnus Ken Richardson ’48 had a vision to create a cutting-edge lab that would inspire students to become interested in science, technology, engineering and math. This was realized with the launch of the D. Kenneth Richardson ’48 Learning Lab in the Mamiya Science Center, where students have access to high-tech equipment to create rapid prototypes of their designs. As Richardson envisioned, students can now greatly enhance their design and technical sophistication with access to this innovative space.
