The Clarence T.C. Ching Foundation was selected by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) as the 2018 recipient of the John R. Chandler Award, which recognizes the long-term support of a corporation or foundation toward the advancement of independent schools. Hawai’i’s third-largest grant-making charitable foundation has benefited many education institutions, including the PUEO Program at Punahou School, Hanahau’oli School, Maryknoll School, St. Louis School and Sacred Hearts School.
